Great product selection, poor customer service. I arrived at 5:50am today. At 6:05 the gate still wasn't open, so I parked on the street and walked into the sales office. I stood there by myself for 10 minutes while at least five employees talked to each other - a few of them made eye contact with me from a distance but didn't acknowledge. After making my purchase I had to wait for a parking spot, as their delivery trucks were taking up all of the customer parking spaces. ABC Supply is the premier roofing supply and delivery in town. Employees are very kind and knowledgeable. Their trucks are always clean and load the roofs like true pros. Been with them almost 20 years and they always treat us with excellent service and attitude
I walked into the store in El Cajon this morning and stood at the front counter with no other people in line and the two people working there didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for a couple minutes in line without any eye contact or any words stating they would be with me in a minute.
