Good to unload, overnight parking available
Terrible, unprofessional customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Gave me the run around then refused to order the siding I needed bc it was too much of a hassle for them to serve their local customers. Also bad mouthed and criticized the Rochester location and its employees that were willing to order then ship my siding to their Syracuse location to save me from having to drive over an hour and cart a 12 foot box of siding home.
