I called asking about roof coatings, and the agent suggested one that costs over $400 (for 5 gal). I asked if there were any alternatives and he replied "you asked for a roof coating". I was simply asking if there were alternatives. Then he hung up on me. How rude. Do you think I'm going to give these guys my business? And yes I get it, some of these products are expensive.
