Everyone had a bad attitude today for some reason today. Very unprofessional and rude would not like to continue business with location
Customer service is about a 1.5 Product knowledge 2 I've been to many ABC supply's from Gainesville to Miami. This is hands down my least favorite
The entrance is around back on Colan Pl. Where Google takes you is exit. Go past it all the way around.
Some one needs to educate the delivery crews at ABC Supply when placing 70 pound rolls so closely together on a roof. Spread the load out as not to damage the roof please. Dropping rolls on 1/2 inch thick plywood doesn't help either. I tried asking the delivery guys to spread the rolls out to distribute the weight but they didn't understand enough of the English language to get it. See the attached photo and do the math. ABC do better and teach your guys a little common sense. Its not your roof.
