The 2 older gentleman in the desk are very rude especially if it an order gets messed up. Never going there again. Those people should be fired.
I was unloading on the flatbed and had to wait more than two hours for just a couple of pallets to be removed. I understand that the company manages both loading customers and unloading trucks at the same time. Still, after pallets were taken off one by one, only a few remained — a task that would take less than five minutes.
