I was unloading on the flatbed and had to wait more than two hours for just a couple of pallets to be removed. I understand that the company manages both loading customers and unloading trucks at the same time. I love when you call Place you explain everything that you’re going to need or what information you’re looking for and they Sit on the phone quietly and then when there’s an awkward silence, “well what do you need”. I want to use vulgar language, but they’re not worth it.
