I would recommend being very careful when ordering materials through Kevin Bauer. On my project, he handled the takeoff from the plans, but the quantities were significantly overestimated. In many cases, it seemed like more than 50% extra material was ordered. As a result, a large amount of material sat on the job site for months while we waited to see what would actually be needed.
