They can’t find my account EVERY SINGLE TIME that I show up or call. I’ve had the account for YEARS, I opened it in Colorado, I’ve updated all of my contact information MILLIONS of times, and NONE OF THE INFORMATION HAS EVER BEEN UPDATED!!!!! Pretty frustrating when I call, they ask for my company name and number, and every single time, they tell me that the account is under a different phone number or they just simply can’t find it. It’s been literal YEARS of this…how are you guys so unorganized…?
