Scheduled a same day appointment. Received email confirmation of appointment. Never received the call when they were on their way. I called before closing to be told that the worker was still at another job. I would’ve had no problem rescheduling had I received a call prior to me having to reach out to them. A simple update would’ve sufficed. Very unprofessional.

ABC Service have a very organized operation. Requesting a locksmith schedule was a breeze, and they informed me about how the repair process works. They rekeyed our front door lock on the same day I contacted them, and they did a great job with it. I'm very pleased with their efficiency and quality work.

Awesome customer service. Locksmith at ABC Service, helped us out immensely. We needed specialty locks for storage units at our school and he helped us get what we needed. He was knowledgeable and ordered/received our locks quickly. Thanks so much ABC Service!!!!!
