The whole process of renting the storage space was simple and easy. The store manager was great, very knowledgeable
The man assisting us with a possible van rental seemed completely uninterested in helping us. Also, his computer wasn't working while we were there. Frustrating!
Love this place! I have a storage unit there, I rent U-Haul trucks there on occasion,….and they are just always great to work with! Nice clean facility!
It was a great truck, and great pricing but the front desk lady was very rude. We walked in said we had a van rented for this date, she proceeded to say “wrong location”. We pulled up the confirmation email confused, it was correct address. She said “well I don’t have a van rental for today on my schedule” in a rude tone, not an understanding trying to help tone.
