I have rented a unit from abc storage unit for 6 yrs, well finally I decided to get some stuff out of our unit, well come to find out that MY lo k I put on the unit was not on the unit, abc storage put a lock on the unit, back in 2012 and never was i notified that thier was a breach in my unit, I callef to inquire about it, the lady told me it was my word against hers, she was very rude about it, so I suggest that if you put your belongings in ABC stotage of Mt Vernon be careful, mow I must see whst options I have about my m... read more

RecommendedI have had a unit with them for over a year now and have never had any problems with break ins or with the staff. Heather is fantastic, very friendly everytime I talk to her...I would give this place 10 thumbs up....

I rented a 5x8 trailer from them and they seemed really nice and helpful at first. I was told I could have the trailer for 5 days for \$64 and as long as I brought it back by the following tuesday everything would be alright. My brother dropped it off by 5pm on that monday and had to pay \$34 for being late. A month later I received numerous calls from a collection agency saying I owed them \$34! I provided them w/ the receipt number and they said everything was taken care of. A few weeks later I received several more calls ... read more

I had rented a Uhaul for the weekend for a set price. I had brought it back a day late, and was told there was going to be a late fee(which was fine it was a day late)I paid the late fee of \$38.98 the next day, and asked for a reciept. Everything was great til I started recieving phone calls from a collection agency, saying that I owe them \$38.98 for collections from ABC Storage. This is showing up all over my credit report now and I am down an extra \$38.98. I took my reciept up to them and they told me oh-well it is out ... read more
