Their process was very slow, sporadic, and lacked communication. They left our roof without shingles for at least a couple days and a rain storm caused a leak through our attic into our kitchen. Their response was flimsy - they offered us a fan. We had a huge mess, repairs and potential water damage to deal with. They didn't offer to fix it or a discount or anything.
