have no negativity regarding this company. I called for an estimate, and Edgard came on Sunday, 4/21/24, promptly and very professional and detailed. I told him I wanted the square seamless dark bronze around the entire house and 2 rain chains. I received a great quote and agreed to call them once I receive the check from the bank. They came in and replaced gutters but did not finish saying the 2 downspouts were costing extra even though they were clearly listed on the contract so they left the old one up. I called Fanor (the boss) and he argued with me. I will not do business with a company that bait and switches their products. Stay clear of this company.
Fanor installed my gutters but then we had a leak at a corner. Have spoken to him and promises to fix it. It's been about a month now and it's still leaking. He was recommended to me but will not be recommended by me.
