I had such a nightmare of an experience with this company, and just when I thought it was over.... I have leaks. A contractor came out nearly two years ago to give us a quote to replace our roof. They had the best price, and assured me that as soon as I put down the 50% deposit, materials would be ordered and the project would begin once they arrived. Awful customer service and communication. After my initial call to get an estimate the company came out next day which was great. However there was very poor communication about when they were coming to do the job. They would schedule then cancel, not show up the days they were supposed to come and often left us feeling like they weren’t ever coming to do the work. They came out right away. We gave 50% down as they asked and they told us 1 week to do a roof, it has been 10 weeks now, stopped answering calls, they sub out all their work so it's not actually them doing it. They then fight with the subs when it comes time for them to order materials to do it. You can't call the company direct because they have so many jobs like this, it's a service that emails someone. Be careful of this company. They did a great job of taking my money, but when it came to doing repairs they don't get back to you. Now called 3x

I call for inspection, they came and left. I call for the report it been over a month no response
