Do not do business with this company. BBB rated them F. They have 48 complaints with BBB and did not resolve 20 of them. I had leaks in my roof, they took my money, tried to fix the leaks, but my roof still leaks. Requested my money back. Terrible company!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They did a small job for me so I felt comfortable contracting them to re-side my house. They took the $13000 from the insurance settlement and have refused to do the work. They will not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. When I try to contact them to escalate to management, the person who answers the phone says he doesn't know the name of anyone at the company or their contact information. He just answers the phones! I own a business in this area of 30yrs and this company installed a roof on our building being paid nearly 15k a couple years ago. Recently, the ceiling fell in due to leakage. They sent someone out and he said it can be fixed for around 4500, therefore, claiming it had not been done correctly. When questioned, he said he wasn't with the company then, as was the case with anyone else I spoke with. Do not do business with this company. They will take your deposit and run. If you have already paid them money, I would suggest filing a report with the BBB (currently rated F with 26 complaints in the past 24 months), the Ohio Attorney General's Office and the police. They negotiated a contract for a new roof in April, received a 50% deposit (over $5K) and have failed to do the work. They are no longer responding to calls or texts.
