I wouldn't even give 1 star but I had to in order to post my review. I paid ABC Roofing Inc. for a new roof March 15, 2024. It is now Aug. 7, 2024 and NO WORK has been done. I've had a blue tarp on my roof since Feb. 2024 when shingles were taken to determine if they were discontinued. No one returns my calls, messages, or texts. I just tried calling and was on hold for over 10 minutes and then the call just disconnected. I want my money back so I can find someone to actually replace my roof. ABC roofing was a HUGE help with my recent roofing issue. Both Chris K. and Victoria at ABC provided great service and really seemed to want to help me solve the issue I was having. Both took the time to listen to my explanations, then provide a correct solution to remedy my issue. Spam text messages unwanted and unsolicited. Don't know where they got my number and I get a spam advertisement from them once a week
