One star is too many for a company that took $13,000 from me then ghosted me. I signed a contract and paid them for siding but once I wrote the check they stopped answering emails, texts, or phone calls. I have called dozens of times and asked for the call to be escalated to management but they refuse to pass on the call or give me a direct person to contact. If I could give zero stars, I would. We had storm damage and had a rep come talk to us. The initial visit was fine, but when the crews showed up and all the shingles were off, the supervisor came to my door and explained we needed all new wood. He said we would have to front the money and then they would ask for an adjustment with insurance for us to be reimbursed. I am not an insurance expert and believed him. I hoped abc to do my roof they did amazing job was on time and the contractor Donald was respectful and always communicated with me.. 100% recommended if you need roofing or interior work done
