Mr.Tapp is very professional and did a wonderful job on my home.I would recommend this company to everyone.He cleaned up after the job and completed my job within 3-4 hours.
Mr. Tapp came out and gave me an estimate at the time he told me he would. Price was very reasonable. He came out and done our job and 3 hours later he was finished. Other than my brand new gutters, you couldn’t even tell he had been at my house with how fast and professional he was. Thank you Mr. Tapp for doing a fantastic job on my home!! Will recommend this company to any and all my friends and family!
Used them to gutter my home. They showed up when they said, worked quickly and it looked great! Then found several screws in the yard. Now the gutter in back has pulled loose. I’ve called several time, initially the mailbox was full, now I can leave a message but no one from ABC GUTTERING has retired my call. This is a very unprofessional way to handle customer service issues Robert Tapp. I recommend you not use this company unless you want shabby work with no response to correct deficiencies.
Was hired to do a gutter job September 2023, i offered to give a deposit which the owner Robert Tapp refused, "said he trusted me", said the job was done on September 7th, 2023 and he was paid in full on the 8th. Put gutters on back of house snd when our front porch was done were supposed to finish the job. Made the mistake of paying him in advance. Will not answer calls and when our modular home salesman calls him he promises to show but has stood us up about 10 times with promises he will come. We are out $1,220. He has F rating on better business bureau when checked with numerous complaints! Ugh! Hope we do not have to take him to court!!
