I had a great experience with ABC from start to finish. From the free no pressure estimate from Jake who went over exactly what was included without trying to upsell me on anything. After making the initial deposit they had me scheduled for install within 8 days. The installation team kicked ass in the 90+ degree temperatures and worked a solid 11 hours to get the roof knocked out in almost a day. The entire process was smoother than I could imagine. Jake was recommended by my insurance agent as someone who was trustworthy. He has been all of that and more. He made the process simple and the price was fair. His team worked hard and cleaned everything up. They were done in a single day. They worked for 12 hours with a break for lunch. Very impressed.
After the hail storm, I called Jake, and we are so glad we did! He guided us through every step of the insurance process and made everything so easy to understand.
