Our experience with this company wasn't a good one. They came out in June to give us an estimate on a siding job. Stayed about 25 mins., left saying they would put together a detailed estimate and email it to us in a few days. Nothing but crickets after that. Called to see what the delay was, said the sales rep would call us back. Never did. Tried calling again, but they wouldn't answer phone or return our call after leaving a voice message. Brian, my inspector, provided a very detailed written review of my roof, indicating all the necessary elements required for a repair or replacement. The turnaround was extremely rapid and his professionalism, both on the phone, and in the report were impressive. The office Sonja was also very helpful in setting appointments and communicating details. Great value for my needs to determine roof viability.
