Takes your check and never does the work
This man is a thief and unlicensed contractor, not to mention no insurance. I encourage anyone to look up his name and the lawsuits in Will and Kendall Co. He's been involved in for home repair scams. He changes signage, "owners" names and keep sneaking away with business. Four years ago he did my siding, a year later it began falling off my house, warping, leaking, etc. $20K never to been seen again. He never had an attention to "warranty" his work.
