Another firm had a big price and so I decided to get another opinion and chose with this service instead. They recognised the problem promptly and removed the damp plasterboard swiftly. No ridiculous upsell, and they finished in around two hours.
I had a great experience with this restoration company. The team responded fast, explained everything clearly, and completed the drying and cleanup work with impressive attention to detail.
With the water damage, I thought it would be a long process but they dried out the basement and took care of the mould problems in three days. The techs were thorough and told me what they were doing and what they found behind the walls as they proceeded.
Good dehumification. Problem with moisture gone.
They removed the wet drywall efficiently and cleaned the area once they discovered water damage in the walls, although they should have been more specific about the time of their arrival. However, the repair work was done properly and professionally.
