I chose this location for my U-Haul pickup. Met with Doug and he was very thorough and a very nice individual. The truck ran great and Doug took care of closing me out via phone/text even though it was after hours. I recommend his business.
This company is very dishonest and very bad customer service!
I rented a UHaul for pickup at this authorized location. When we arrived it was closed, even though the sign and website said they were open. Doors locked and sign off, no one answered the phone. The UHaul was sitting right there in the parking lot and we had no way to access it. A man that appeared to be drunk with no shirt on walked out of the door with a woman and he had no clue what we needed to do, he "just stays there" and couldn't help us.
