Placed a service request and was told I’d hear within same day from the service manager on whether they would be able to provide service and the cost. No communication was made until I reached out again to find out the service request was never created and they aren’t accepting new customers. Beware, do not waste your time - the reviews speak for themselves.
did business with them 10 years ago, we own our own business which is a campground, called last week no repsonse, called back today and service tech called me back and said seeing we had not used them in so long they are unable to help us this year, heres an idea take your advertising off and say closed because if you cant help you should not be in business this is false advertising if you aren't able to perform your business then get off advertising, I am reporting this to better business and to federal trade commission.
