The only reason I give this company a 2 is because of how long I’ve been living here. The super here is very disrespectful, he does not like to to do his job, work done in the apartment is either not done at all, done wrong, or just not completed. It is very very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the office. I spend weeks calling before I get a call back. It’s a great apartment but management and the super here have to change their ways or get another job. This is very unfair for your tenants. Shame on you.

The company is okay but the receptionist that answers the phone i believe her name is Ana she must really hate her job. She is beyond rude and hangs up on you. Sometimes she will even yell at you an tell you not to call back. She is a very miserable horrible woman to have as a receptionist. Sometimes I would call just to ask a question an would get the phone hung up on me. She makes one phone call so complicated.
