I adopted my 1yr old sweet girl from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay in January and it was the perfect adoption experience. The staff is friendly, thorough and truly wants to find each pet their true match in their new home.
I love the staff here and quality of treatment and care is excellent. But, I think their check in/out procedures need to be better. I had a 9am appt, I was seen at 10:30, finally checked out at 11:45. Three hours for one dog. Ugh
