I rented the lower duplex apartment, while moving in we smelled gas. Called the Kvalvogs, they said don't worry about it. I called the gas company and they came out to fix it. Ray and Kathy yelled at me for calling them. They brought a used refrigerator to replace the one in the apartment, they brought it laying down. Lost all our cold food because it took hours for the "new" refrigerator to cool down. They should have brought it standing up. They would not replace the food that was lost even tho it was their fault. Don't bo... read more
