We found they were a terrible company to deal with from day one. We found them to be very slow or just unresponsive to emails on several occasions. We feel they did not act in our best interest. They refused to give us information and did not explain their actions when a problem arose. They have cost us alot of money! They also acted on our behalf AFTER our agreement had been terminated (we were told this by our new management company), not in a good way!
