This company and Heike are very unreliable, not professional, and are very incompetent. In 2020 she did not get our share of the electric bill to us in a proper professional & timely matter. She gave us our electric bills in one lump sum at the end of the year and made it out that we were not paying it. How can we pay a bill that we did not receive? I had to contact her monthly to remind her to send us our electric bill & she did good at first, but now we are missing a bill that is 3 months past due and a current bill. I sho... read more
