I was contracted by Carolyn Cirillo to serve a subpoena. I held up my end and got the rush subpoena served and the affidavit completed and sent back within 48 hours. I was never paid the agreed upon fee despite numerous attempts to contact the business. DO NOT do business with this organization!!!
DO NOT TAKE WORK FROM THEM! I agreed to doing two rush serves and it's been 2 months and 4 phone calls later and I've yet to see that money. It's a shame servers are being taken advantage of by them.
I am the owner of Five Star Process Service in Centralia Washington. I did a service for ABC Process Service on September 3, 2019. Service was done in 2 hours after getting papers. I sent my proof of service and then they had to have their own. The was invoiced and payment was due on September 10, 2019. After numerous invoice sending and emails I have not heard from ABC Process Service. I do not believe I will ever hear from them.
