I would not give them any stars at all. I asked that someone come out and fix our diverter valve in both bathrooms. They sent out two obvious inexperienced men. They came out and did not call first as I was told, and I was given a 3 hours time frame when they would come. They fixed nothing left and said it was. Waste of time, money, and effort! Very unprofessional. Misidentified the problem and performed unnecessary service that cost us $100. Too greedy. We were ready to have them come back and fix the problem when we finally figured out what needed to be fixed, but they refused to credit us the money we already paid, and offered the following: raised the price of the service from what was originally quoted, and then offered a partial credit for the unnecessary service they performed earlier.
