Absolutely awful and traumatizing experience. I would never ever use their services again. Warning to all females, especially those home alone with lack of understanding on these topics, do not work with them and always have someone there to be a witness. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly before. Completely scammed and horrified by how I was treated.

Chris R. Ripped off my elderly mother in law for $500 to unclog kitchen sink. Do not call theses guys they will rip you off. $59 for service charge then $1418 later. He charged $918 more to replace a 14" pipe and pee trap under the sink. She is so upset paid $1418 for 2 hours work. Be aware of this guy. What my mom said "Chris sold a membership, said she got senior discounts". They are scammers. ABC Arlington Heights, IL. If you call ABC, consider it NOT done. I have been a member for years, now a former member. The 1st and only time I needed an emergency call for service they dropped the ball. Tech called and said rates for this service would be $150 (membership status did not matter). If they needed any parts it would be $500 to “open” the part room. I agreed as I needed service. We were suppose to be on the schedule. In the afternoon, I called to get an ETA. A leaky garden faucet needed to be repaired. I thought it would be a simple job. If I could give them a negative 5 stars review, I surely would. First, ABC promised that a service professional would arrive between a 12:00 and 4:00PM service window. They called around 2:30PM to confirm that someone would arrive before 4PM and that they would call again 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. The only reason ABC plumbing is getting a 2 star rating is their technician was courteous and professional. I was the victim of the ''old bait and switch tactic''. Advertised $99 or free to rod main sewer line providing easy access. I have a clean-out in my front yard,which I cleared snow and opened myself before they arrived. 65' was needed to be serviced. They stopped by to give me an estimate to replace a basic simple kitchen faucet. They provided me with 4 different service option for this simple job. The cheapest would have cost me $1050 and their option 4 would have cost me $4200. I had never in me entire life have seen rates as ridiculously high as these!
