Since I make the phone call to check on my medication the lady over the phone was so nice, patient and helpful, they waited for me with the door open until almost 5 minutes before the closing time. Thank you! Specially to the bilingual lady, I think her mame Ashley
EDIT: After posting this review the manager called and provided excellent customer service and offered to at least sell me the medication while I wait for the manufacturer to replace the faulty products. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is doing nothing to avoid selling faulty medications, and when they do sell defective products, they're doing absolutely nothing to help the customer. That's the experience I've had here. I bought two inhalers at ABC Pharmacy in Laguna Hills and they both stopped working with 60 doses remaining.... read more
EDIT: After posting this review the manager called and provided excellent customer service and offered to at least sell me the medication while I wait for the manufacturer to replace the faulty products. This company is doing nothing to avoid selling faulty medications, and when they do sell defective products, they're doing absolutely nothing to help the customer. That's the experience I've had here. I bought two inhalers at ABC Pharmacy in Laguna Hills and they both stopped working with 60 doses remaining.
