I've had this company ABC Pest Control for 10 yrs+ (in this home and also in my previouse homes). I recently had a problem and called them only to be treated like crap from a very snotty "customer service/receptionist". She finally told me she would have a supervisor call me. I haven't heard a word, no follow up call. Within a week, they came out to do an additional fall service. I watched him pull up and before I knew it, he was gone. Owner, Mark G., has a radio show on Sunday mornings. Callers always receive a polite and professional response and the best advice. His knowledge of Florida gardens and his years of experience have helped many, many people, including me. I have found his advice invaluable. I have emailed him for advice, and his response is quick and very helpful. He is really a go-to person for gardening advice.
