I've had this company ABC Pest Control for 10 yrs+ (in this home and also in my previouse homes). I recently had a problem and called them only to be treated like crap from a very snotty "customer service/receptionist". She finally told me she would have a supervisor call me. I haven't heard a word, no follow up call. Within a week, they came out to do an additional fall service. I watched him pull up and before I knew it, he was gone.
