This place is absolutely the worst. My kids have severe allergies, and after moving from another state, we followed the doctor’s recommendation to get allergy testing. When the results came in, the doctor told me I could come in anytime without an appointment—but when I showed up on my day off, she wasn’t even there. Instead of apologizing, she told me to come back on her working days, which I had no way of knowing as a new patient. Kind of interesting how I call about not receiving a call back from answering machine when your hours are 12-7 . Then after arguing about it telling me I am wrong you guys changed the hours. Regardless of late hours and voice mail not reflecting that no one called 2 hours into the day! My child is so sick and had to go to a medi center. Even when I called next day had no clue I left a message. I will be switching doctors after 18 years. These 2 photos are with minutes of each other. No accountability or apology.

Dr. Libis is the BEST. There is not a call she will take. If she busy she'll always call you back. Excellent service. All of My grandchildren go there. In the beginning I had an issue with the new staff members at the front desk but I learned that I was so used to the wonderful lady she had working for her so many years that we had to get used to them. I just feel that I have to let the world know this: Dr Libis was my doctor as a child and she also saw my sister, who is 12 years older than me, when she was a child. She also saw my brother-in-law and all 4 of his siblings through their youth. Now I’m 21 with my own daughter and she’s treating my child as well. I guess you can say she really is our family pediatric physician. She has treated all of us well and we all love her and her practice
