I have a wedding that is on December 27th 2020. I ordered pipe and drapes 8x10 but there drapes are only 8x6 and they said that was normal. But did not tell us that upfront. And refused to help. I will attach pictures and videos.

Everything was great for my party because of ABC. Employees who installed tent were very polite and fast. Sue was great getting ready reservations. They did a great job. Thank you!!!

They delivered a dirty tent to my house, didn’t answer any phone calls or emails in regards to the issue. I spent 7 hours hand cleaning the tent before my event and when I wrote to management I never received a response. When they came to pick the tent up I went and tried to talk to the workers about it who advised me that there was nothing they could do I would have to go speak to a manager. Since I never received any contact I had no option but to go to the BBB and received the most insulting response from the owner. The o... read more
