I’ve been coming here for a while now and these folks always take care of me. They’ve fixed both my old glasses and my new ones, swapped nose pads, adjusted frames, all of it, and they do it with real care. No stress, no upselling, just good service. Big shout out to Shadon in particular for always making sure my glasses fit right and for keeping me seeing clearly. If you want a place that actually looks out for you, this is the spot. Highly recommend.
I read the reviews and thought, “Oh wow, this place must be good—let’s get glasses from here.” Biggest mistake ever. They took longer than promised, and when I went to choose glasses, I really needed help since I’m not sure what suits me. I bought a pair of glasses here and the service was amazing! The staff were very attentive and helped me find a pair that suited my face shape perfectly. I was able to pick up my new glasses within just a few days, and they even provided me with several different contact lens brands to trial. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke my new glasses soon after. While my sister was in the store picking up her own glasses, she showed the staff a photo of mine to see if they could be fixed.
