I have a Brothers printer and all of a sudden it quit. I called Kelley's Imaging because Brothers Tech told me that was the closes to my location which is a hours drive. The wonderful gentlemen (Ron) walked me through a few steps and then said that he was 85% positive that my problem was the drum of one of the toners. I bought the drums from Staples, followed his directions and come to find out Ron was 100% correct. Thank you Ron for your help and direction. You don't know how much I appreciate your help.
Nice people to work with, super friendly.
Used to go here a lot to help 'Ron' with parts, after being caught breaking things up behind the building. He seemed to be a nice person, And although I never needed to repair a copier of anything, He did help me with a few things like finding a new hard drive for my computer. A+.
