I had a wonderful car buying experience day of was smooth. Joshua was excellent and Anass in finance was great. Now 48 hrs later when things are still owed to me it is a different experience. Sales manager Sean was not pleasant to deal with (over the phone) and now I am being ghosted. Was promised a second key by today( thought I was covered as it was put in writing). Called to speak to them about and was called rude and that he was going to end the call as it was not productive but worst case I would get a key mailed to me.... read more
I was so grateful for Eddie he was amazing as always explained that it would take up to 4 hours and we could reschedule if needed. He completed everything beforehand and called me asap. He is a very friendly person and listens to who he works with! Thank you for everything.

We have been coming to this location for a while and we have workers with many service providers and we have found that working with Natalie has been the greatest to work with! She nice and talks to you with any pressure and listens to your concerns. Thank you Natalie we will be coming to her for our car services!
