I gave them a great review years ago but my last few times here have not been the same...especially most recently. Two friends and I made an appt for mani pedis for 9 am. We asked for the basic on both and were completely dont within 45 minutes. The pedi was supposed to include a 5 mun. Massage and the gal just rubbed her hands up and down my leg with any pressure, made no effort to chat with me...only her co workers. When doing the mani, we were not able to sit together and had to try to talk over them talking to each other... read more

Words cannot express how unsatisfied I am with my nails. I called to come back in to see if they could change it due to their mistake and miscommunication and they wanted to charge me 40 dollars after already paying 120 for nails I didnt even want walked out so upset I cried after and they literally did not even care or apologize. Yall should be ashamed this is how you treat your regulars. Im never coming back.
