I had a terrible experience here. They completely ruined my nails, and I’ve been in pain for the last 3–4 days. They scraped my nails so aggressively that now I feel extreme sensitivity even when washing my hands—it literally hurts to touch water. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, the nail polish started peeling off the very next day. Cheap products, careless work, and zero attention to proper technique. Save your time, money, and your nails—do NOT recommend this place at all.

This salon has no concept of customer service. They make appointments for the wrong time and don’t apologize. I have a standing appointment and they put it in the book incorrectly. When I arrived, a young girl came to tell me they couldn’t take me. No apology and my manicurist didn’t even come to speak with me to apologize. They blamed it on me arriving at the wrong time (not the case since I have the same appointment time weekly!!) Very bad form. I have been going to this salon for 4 years and it is my absolute favorite nail salon. Anna does an amazing job!! My gel nails and my pedicure look great for 2 weeks. I take my 6yr old sometimes and they are so sweet to her. The salon is clean and quiet and I always look forward to going there !
