Save yourself a headache and go with someone else. Van Lier Roofing did a poor job on a repair that ended up costing us thousands. Nick even threatened my business with a poor review if I told people what happened. He also claimed our roof needed replacing after the 2013 floods, which was completely untrue.
Great company, they did a roof certification on our house. When I later found what I thought were leaks they came all the way up our mountain for free to check it out in person and verify it wasn't actually a leak. I offered to pay for their time but they declined.
Van Lier Roofing is a top quality roofing company that I have worked with for over 20 years. They stand behind the work they do, they do it right the first time so they rarely have any issues. If there is an issue they fix it, no problems. Nick is a pleasure to work with, he has been doing this for a LONG time. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my roofing needs!
Save yourself the trouble and work with someone else. Nick ran me around in circles for a month telling me he was going to come write me an estimate on a small job. After blowing me off twice and not returning my calls I finally got him out to take a look 3 weeks later. Can't recommend Van Lier roofing highly enough! If you're looking for a quality roofing company, this is it. Neil was great. He came out (twice) and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. Whether the job is big or small, they take the time to make sure it's done right. Prices are extremely competitive and they are an absolute pleasure to work with.
