Lady on the phone said she would give me a refund for something I purchased and I was so happy. I gave them a five star review.. Then I called again to let her know I was coming down and she changed her mind from a refund to a store credit. Not to mention the last time she helped me I gave her a 24.00 dollar tip on a 66.00 dollar item. This is very upsetting. I thought I found a gem
I have been to this store numerous times and service was great and people are very friendly. even thru the pandemic they had the supplies I needed at affordable pricing. It’s nice to have a local go to store for the medical supplies I need. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.
Ordered a lift chair and was promised it would be delivered the following week. After a few weeks of waiting I asked for a refund I was told it would take 6 days I'm on day 20 now and still waiting for the refund.. Then when you call the person I was working with is never in or they say they will have her return my call but that didn't happen. I ordered the same chair from another medical supplier and I received the order within 2 weeks
