I think the teeth cleaning I got was ok. I just wanted to mention that during my appointment, I overheard interactions between Dr. Au to the staff included a very harsh and unprofessional tone. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and not very welcoming as a patient. I hope the clinic considers improving the workplace communication, as it affects the overall experience. I have seriously never heard so much yelling in an office...
Dr. Paul Au is a very attentive and friendly dentist with excellent skills and professional ethics. He does not overcharge, so I have great confidence in him The receptionist Elaine is very friendly and patient when arranging appointments, and she deserves praise All staff were friendly and polite.

I have been with the owner dentist for over 20 years. Starting from a humble little office and moved several times until to the current location. In the beginning the owner dentist was nice and caring, but he is becoming less care and avarice lately, he is trying to add all kind of additional charges on top of my insurance coverage, no doubt I am going to look for a new dentist.
