I have been with the owner dentist for over 20 years. Starting from a humble little office and moved several times until to the current location. In the beginning the owner dentist was nice and caring, but he is becoming less care and avarice lately, he is trying to add all kind of additional charges on top of my insurance coverage, no doubt I am going to look for a new dentist.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been for my 40 years dental visits. My family and I go to this office for 2 years. All seems OK until the arrival of a new lady dentist. When I booked my appointment for dental cleansing, I was told it would be followed by the dentist checking after the hygienist. This is the standard level of service. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Au over the many years. We moved 50 km away and still travel to see him. He is excellent at his job and his care is exceptional. Highly recommend Dr. Au to whomever is looking for an honest, experienced dentist. He is caring, professional and very knowledgeable.
