Dr. Paul Au is a very attentive and friendly dentist with excellent skills and professional ethics. He does not overcharge, so I have great confidence in him The receptionist Elaine is very friendly and patient when arranging appointments, and she deserves praise All staff were friendly and polite.

I have been with the owner dentist for over 20 years. Starting from a humble little office and moved several times until to the current location. In the beginning the owner dentist was nice and caring, but he is becoming less care and avarice lately, he is trying to add all kind of additional charges on top of my insurance coverage, no doubt I am going to look for a new dentist.
This is the worst dental office I have ever been for my 40 years dental visits. My family and I go to this office for 2 years. All seems OK until the arrival of a new lady dentist. When I booked my appointment for dental cleansing, I was told it would be followed by the dentist checking after the hygienist. This is the standard level of service.
