Stephanie recently sued all the homeowners of the Prairie Trails in an effort to get them to sign an illegal contract to honor the Sunshine Meadows CC&Rs! I live in the Stoneridge Community and a couple of our subdivisions made the mistake of hiring ABC Management. This company considers it a terrible imposition to answer a question - even if they charge you for it. Very rude and arrogant. You'd think that you work for them rather than they work for you. Some of our other subdivisions use Sentry Management which has been found to be dependable, courteous and professional.
If your'e experiencing issues with one of their tenants (as we have) and you try to contact ABC, you can guarantee they will make it extremely difficult to contact and refuse to speak to you about the situation. Basically avoiding the situation. To make matters worse, their lack of acknowledging/addressing complaints and poor communication have only increased tensions between both parties and led to conflicts to escalate.
