5 stars all the way! I've found my 2 puppies' new vet! Amazing staff, doctor, service. very clean, very kind, very gentle. they even let me use the 'celebrity entrance' b/c my pup is a little crazy! VERY affordable, especially compared to the other vets around here. Extremely happy with ABC, and so is my baby girl. I'll be taking my baby boy there shortly. Also told my parents, and brothers. and will tell anybody that needs a good vet clinic. Thank you ALL soooo very much!!!!

I would not ask this place to groom my pet after our experience! LOOK FOR A PROFESSIONAL VET not this cut rate flunky vet. The Vet "Sarah" was unprofessional and was clueless to what she was doing. My dog didn't even like her so I should have paid attention to her intuition. I was happy to see I was not the only one to have a bad experience here. And to think I waited over 2 hours to save 30 bucks, I should have known. Im sure this will be flagged as abusive by the vet but for the small amount of people to see this it will b... read more

I made an appointment for my dog yesterday morning. They told me to come in today. I get there and the receptionist basically tries to tell me that I am clueless and I never had an appointment. Maybe she's right. . . maybe I just love asking my husband to stay home from work to care for our disabled son so that I can drive 45 minutes one way up to a crappy vet hospital in the rain to be greeted by some ice queen receptionist and told I am clueless. so torn. We got to Sissy's vet for our appt. the little waiting room had 6 other dogs and twice as many people waiting. We were on time. They said they were running late "only an hour behind" (but I was thinking more like 2, at least if they were gonna be thorough to all the people waiting) anyways. It was so late in day, I had left work early to get there and feel like if they were running so late they should have called people! First off, one of the receptionist is very rude and acts like she doesn't even like animals. Second, I was told I had to get something done for my dog before the surgery could be performed then was told by the doctor that I didn't have to get it done, they couldn't get the facts straight. Then was told how much my bill would be at pick up and was charged almost $150 more and didn't even receive a phone call letting me know before I picked up, was just surprised with the bill. Just not happy in general!
