DO NOT USE ABC LEGAL. I have paid them paid them for their $85.00 fee twice now and still, they have not served the concerned party. ALSO, the server did not give a reason why the third attempt to serve was not successful. I also tried to give them times where I thought the party would be at the given address and they told me it would cost extra for a "stakeout." DO NOT USE. SAVE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING ABC LEGAL!!! They cannot follow simple orders and cannot get your legal process served correctly. I have been fighting their idiotic platform for 30 days now trying to get them to just finish this serve. We have an Order for Alternative Service with exactly how to effectuate the service and the process server takes it upon himself to serve it how he wants to and post the Citation and Petition on the door. Dont work with this agency. They tried my first delivery and the person who delivered did not collect the right response from the front office where he tried to deliver. He/She could have told me the redirect address, but they did not. Now after several days of research I found an alternative address to serve the document, but abclegal again wants to charge me another $85 due to delivery address change. They are here to make money and not to help you! so stay away.
Very disappointed with their lack of diligence when attempting to serve. As soon as a neighbor or someone at the location give them any false information, they stop service then give you a bs address that they can go to. After realizing the forward address is bs, which they charge you for, they indicate they can do "background checks," but it's also bs. They don't really do much other than make one attempt. When you request them to try the place again, they want to charge you again.
Not sure where all the bad reviews are from because I had a great experience’ . They even redelivered for free after I provided the wrong address ( incorrect on SOS website). Everything was online and I was able to track the attempts. Received proof of delivery within a hour. Highly recommend
