Maybe other people has had success with this company but I did not. Paid them to serve some papers and after the very 1st attempt they tried to charge me another 80 to change the address because the person who answered the door told the server that the party being served wasn't there. I then proceeded to reply with times and camera footage of the subject being at that address. They tried again at the same address at 8am on a rainy Saturday morning after I instructed afternoon. Very efficient.. They had documents served and proof of service delivered back to me in less than 12 hours of request.
DO NOT USE ABC LEGAL. I have paid them paid them for their $85.00 fee twice now and still, they have not served the concerned party. ALSO, the server did not give a reason why the third attempt to serve was not successful. I also tried to give them times where I thought the party would be at the given address and they told me it would cost extra for a "stakeout." DO NOT USE. SAVE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING ABC LEGAL!!! They cannot follow simple orders and cannot get your legal process served correctly. I have been fighting their idiotic platform for 30 days now trying to get them to just finish this serve. We have an Order for Alternative Service with exactly how to effectuate the service and the process server takes it upon himself to serve it how he wants to and post the Citation and Petition on the door. Dont work with this agency. They tried my first delivery and the person who delivered did not collect the right response from the front office where he tried to deliver. He/She could have told me the redirect address, but they did not. Now after several days of research I found an alternative address to serve the document, but abclegal again wants to charge me another $85 due to delivery address change. They are here to make money and not to help you! so stay away.
