My complaint is directed to the management and practices of this organization. A female employee from ABC Legal came to my property past 9pm at dusk saying she had a delivery package for a person's name we did not recognize. We were in bed as my alarm goes off at 4:30am for work. I had never heard of ABC Legal before. After politely telling the young lady over the ring system that no one with that name lived in the house and that we could not give her any personal identifiable information she walked away frustrated. I'm just confused. I've been home all day. My husband just got home & brought in a "sorry we missed you" note that was stuck to the door. No one knocked. And the note is odd. Reason for not being delivered is both "recipient not available" & "Other". There is a phone number printed twice at the top & the bottom. The top is scratched out, the bottom (the "schedule a delivery" section) is written over with the word "important". There is a stamped local number for a "Tony", no last name, which also says "time-sensitive". I look... read more
