What an absolutely horrible company. The day before thanksgiving, they sent over 500 process servers emails stating they were terminating their contacts with them, myself included. In their email, they stated not to ask why. How unprofessional. I would highly recommend any thinking about being a contractor for them, not to. Horrendous. This must be a scam. I paid for service of a defendant in a lawsuit in July 2022 and in September 2022 tried to get the status. I was hung up on four times. Total scam.
This company employee lied and stated he served me serval times. I have never met a ******************* yet he claims twice during the time I was sick with Covid he severed me based on court documents, he claims he came to my home and served me but I was at the hospital being treated for Covid. He then states that he served me at my employer on a Sunday yet where I work is closed on the weekends and I was still sick with Covid. My complaint is directed to the management and practices of this organization. A female employee from ABC Legal came to my property past 9pm at dusk saying she had a delivery package for a person's name we did not recognize. We were in bed as my alarm goes off at 4:30am for work. I had never heard of ABC Legal before. After politely telling the young lady over the ring system that no one with that name lived in the house and that we could not give her any personal identifiable information she walked away frustrated. I'm just confused. I've been home all day. My husband just got home & brought in a "sorry we missed you" note that was stuck to the door. No one knocked. And the note is odd. Reason for not being delivered is both "recipient not available" & "Other". There is a phone number printed twice at the top & the bottom. The top is scratched out, the bottom (the "schedule a delivery" section) is written over with the word "important".
