Company is very unprofessional. Do not use them for service of process. They charged me an additional fee without notice after emailing me and asking for a new address. I had already paid th for the service previously. After 1 attempt they sent an email saying it was bad address and asked me to provide another address. There is no way to reach them online. I was improperly served a court summons. I have been out of the country since 2023. On February 20th, one week after ******* SPV filed a lawsuit against me for an unpaid credit card debt, I was apparently served papers in person by the process server named "***********************" (************************************). This server declared under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that his service was true and correct. This could not be further from the truth. This company is terrible and caused me extreme damage.They did not fill out the paperwork correctly and when I called to adjust it they put me into severe emotional distress instead of just saying we will update to clarify what occured on the service. Instead I was put into sever emotional distress. ***** is the key person who caused all the damage and should not be allowed to hurt people the way she highly highly injured me, I would have paid 1k gladly to avoid the distress alone she caused and another $500 to actually of h... read more
Terrible communication, took my money and ran without serving notice. I had let them know that the people moved before paying them and they said that shouldn't be a problem. Then AFTER I paid they said I needed a new address and ghosted me when I requested a refund.
Terrible, terrible, terrible company to either give or receive work from. They do not provide client instructions while simultaneously restricting communication between servers and clients so they can spew whatever BS they want to at clients. Servers will be expected to perform 7 attempts for due diligence. Anyone that does work like this knows that is absolutely insane for a max ******* of $50. A process server showed up at my door yesterday with documents for a person unfamiliar to **. My husband told the server that the person did not live at this address. Today I opened my door to find court documents for a person that I do not know, lying in my plant, in the rain. The documents were not even in an envelope. Evidently, the process server wanted to get paid by lying and saying that he served the person. I'm a witness that this person was not served. This company customer service is horrible, they took my ********* ask for a status update due to the time sensitive nature of the situation. And no one ever responded to my request & my refund request. I definitely recommend using another service other than this company.

What an absolutely horrible company. The day before thanksgiving, they sent over 500 process servers emails stating they were terminating their contacts with them, myself included. In their email, they stated not to ask why. How unprofessional. I would highly recommend any thinking about being a contractor for them, not to.
