Do not recommend We purchased a home remotely and used ABC Inspections. Since moving into the home we have found $10,000 worth of repairs that need to be done. Issued include no hot water in the bathrooms, AC ducting that is not connected, floors buckling, kitchen counter that are not connected. Things like hot water and AC ducting are absolutely things that an inspector can easily check. My personal opinion is that the inspector did not even check these things. I do NOT recommend ABC Inspections.
Great service! I have had 2 houses inspected and I can say that I was very impressed with everything. The first house was a two story older building that was, and is, very dated. He was able to get to the house in a very timely manner and go through the inspection. I have bought and sold houses in the past, so I have a general idea what I was looking for. Very detailed inspection. Being from out of state, they provided very detailed information and photographs. They spent time with me on the phone to explain some of the questions that I had. Made it simple for me to make my decision.

JJ was amazing! JJ was amazing! He is the most through inspector I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I had to call him back the day after he did the inspection and ask about a problem that was not being corrected to code, he sent an email stating exactly what had to be done along with a diagram for my agent to send to the seller's agent, saved me money and hassle! I would recommend this man to anyone who needs an inspection done. He is truly the best!
