We had a tremendous experience using ABC for our home inspection. John came out and was clearly focused on ensuring that we knew as much as possible about the house; he was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, made it clear that he was there to make sure that we didn't regret our purchase if we chose to proceed. If you are looking for a diligent and experienced home inspector with your best interests in mind, look no further!
Andy did an incredible job inspecting our home, which we had to schedule after closing. The report he provided was incredibly detailed, over 100 pages, and included pictures and all his findings. He was incredibly diligent and inspected literally every corner of our 3,000sqft+ house. ABC is one of the good ones for sure.
