TLDR: AI & website scheduling is an absolute disaster! Call & speak to a live agent to schedule. They took our $69 and never came out waited all day Th and 9am-3pm on Friday. I went online to ABC website to schedule a plumbing service to address issues at my parents home. Two days later...no reply. My mom called and they scheduled someone to come out today.
